Westlake is a collection of communities in Natomas, located just ten minutes from downtown Sacramento. This enclave is anchored by a small and private manmade lake surrounded by five gated and three non-gated neighborhoods. Amenities include a pool and clubhouse. The area is bordered by El Centro and Del Paso Roads, Interstate 5 and Highway 99 – offering convenient access to numerous shops, restaurants, and activities.

Westlake Community Park is home to an amphitheater, baseball and basketball fields, and tennis courts. Two smaller parks, Egret and Sparrow, offer play areas and open fields, making the area ideal for families. The communities are served by Natomas Unified School District and offer several public, private, and charter educational opportunities.

Natomas is one of Sacramento’s newest and most flourishing communities. Located in northwestern Sacramento, it is home to the Sleep Train Arena as well as Sacramento International Airport.
